Homes are shared. Their story should be too.
Everyone with a stake in a home deserves the same, up-to-date picture of it: owners, tenants, families and the people who run the building. That's what Moradot is for.
Free, not a trial. No card needed. Support and advanced features are paid extras, only if you choose them.

Why we built it
A building is dozens of households sharing a roof and a budget. Yet what they share often lives in one person’s spreadsheet and a group chat nobody can search.
Moradot keeps everything about a home in one place, so everyone sees the same picture and trust comes on its own.

Who’s behind Moradot
Moradot is made by Moradot PSA (Moradot prosta spółka akcyjna), a company based in Poland. It’s built for buildings in Portugal and Poland, works anywhere in Europe, and comes in English, Portuguese and Polish.
Using Moradot is free. Support and some advanced features are paid extras, and you only pay for the ones you choose.
What we believe
- Transparency builds trust When everyone can see the budget, where the money goes and how the repairs are going, nobody has to take anyone’s word for it.
- Clear information, no confusion When the answer is already there, nobody needs to ask, and nobody needs to explain.
- Everyone in the loop Owners, tenants, families and whoever runs the building hear about what concerns them, as it happens.
- Open about the home, private about people Neighbours share the building’s picture, never each other’s contact details.
