Can a property manager send owners a monthly statement?
Yes. Set your commission once, and each owner gets a monthly statement of what came in, your commission and what was paid out to them. On a €950.00 rent with an 8% + VAT commission, that’s €93.48 commission and €856.52 paid out.
Can I bring the homes I manage from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload the spreadsheet you already keep, laid out any way, and say which column is which. Every home lands in its building, and buildings already on Moradot are found by their address. We check each one, and you manage them once approved.
What if the building is already on Moradot?
Then your homes join it as they are, with its fees, repairs and the people who run it already there. You look after your owners’ homes; the building stays with whoever runs it.
Can I let single rooms?
Yes. A lease can cover a whole home or a single room, and one flat can have several leases at once. A flat let room by room shows each room’s rent as paid or due.
Can tenants pay rent through Moradot?
Tenants see what’s due, when and where to pay, and pay by bank transfer as usual. Then they tell you they’ve paid, with the proof attached, and you confirm it. Moradot doesn’t move the money itself.
Does the tenant need to pay to use Moradot?
No. Tenants use Moradot for free, like owners and the people who run buildings. They get their own page, and can report repairs and see them fixed.
