Still waiting on your building manager?

Your building manager doesn’t need to be on Moradot. Once a few neighbours have joined, they get the building’s reports by email and can answer each one right there.

Moradot keeps reminding them for you, with what’s new and what’s still open. You say it once, and hear back the moment it’s fixed.

Renting it out, your way

Letting it yourself? Add the lease, and every rent is laid out, with a reminder before each one. Your tenant sees what’s due and where to pay, and tells you once they’ve paid.

Rather hand it over? Invite your property manager, and read a clear statement every month.

Questions people ask

How can I see what my building fees are for?

Every fee comes with the budget your building approved, line by line, and your home’s share of it. You can see, for example, how much goes to cleaning and how much to the lift.

Can co-owners each have their own share of a home?

Yes. A home owned by a couple, by siblings or by parents and their children can be shared between its owners, and each owner sees their own part. Any owner can set how it’s shared.

How do I report a repair in my building?

From your phone: describe the problem, add a photo, and your building manager has it straight away. You follow every step, talk it through in one thread with everyone involved, and get an email the moment it’s fixed.

Can my partner or family see our home in Moradot too?

Yes, invite them. They see the building’s news and repairs, while your finances stay yours. When someone moves out, their access ends with a tap.

What do my neighbours see about me?

Only your name and whether you’re an owner or a resident. Never your phone number, email or tax number.

Will I get a reminder before a fee is due?

Yes. A friendly reminder arrives a few days before each payment, and your payments and their proof stay in one place for as long as you need them.

Can I rent out my flat, or single rooms, myself?

Yes. Add the lease for the whole flat or a single room; one flat can have several leases at once. Every rent is laid out for as long as the lease runs, and you see each one as paid, due or late.

How do I know my tenant has paid?

Your tenant tells you they’ve paid, with the proof attached, and you confirm it. Every rent shows as upcoming, paid or late, and a reminder goes out before each one.
